All Seasons Fruit & Vegetables is a family-run grocery shop located in the market town of Royal Wootton Bassett.

Since our opening in 2014, we have taken the utmost pride in serving our local customers with Class 1 fresh fruit and vegetables.

Our area of focus is to serve our local customers through our tradition, experience and values that we continue to provide through our High Street Green Grocers store.

Now some 6 years on, we are proud to bring to our customers this online grocery shopping service, coupled with a variety of options for delivery to serve you.

We play an active part in supporting our local community and you will find that this is a prominent feature in our high street grocery shop and here online.  In addition to our Class 1 fresh fruit and vegetables, we also stock a variety of other products such as jams, honey, flour, and eggs all packed with goodness and sourced direct from our local suppliers.

Like you, we are very passionate about doing all we can to protect our environment, therefore our environmental policy includes minimising the use of plastic bags and therefore we only use recyclable paper bags in our shop and in our deliveries to you.

All our cardboard waste is recycled, and we are more than happy to take away our delivery boxes from you for re-use or recycling.  Finally, and of course we do from time to time have waste produce which we happily pass on to our local pig farmer, so nothing goes to waste.

Due to the outbreak we have implemented changes to our delivery process to comply with government requirements, and to promote safety according to social distancing guidelines during this crisis. 

We are still delivering, but we will avoid contact on delivery and during this time we are not taking cash payments.

General Order and Delivery Information

 

All of our delivery services are limited to customers that are within our business catchment area, which is currently the immediate area in and around the town of Swindon, Wiltshire, United Kingdom.

 

Therefore first and foremost, your order requires delivery to a location within a 10-mile radius from our high street shop, which is located in Royal Wootton Bassett, we are able to make a delivery to you through one of our available services detailed below. 

 

If however, your delivery location is outside the above-mentioned area, we will not be able to process your order and it will be cancelled (we will notify you of cancellation by email usually within 24 hours of your order being received).

 

We will initiate a process to provide you with a full refund for your cancelled order as soon as possible but no later than 7 business days from the date of your order being placed. Beyond our internal process we cannot guarantee nor be responsible for how long this process will take through your bank or payment provider and you should seek further information from them.

 

All our orders and delivery services are subject to our terms and conditions and aligned to our business operating times which is from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Saturday, we are closed on Sunday and notices of availability will be announced for bank holiday and seasonal opening times such as Christmas or other holidays.

 

For customers to process an order through our online shopping service, they must sign up for membership and complete the minimum information required through our online profile process.  We may reject some users without reason or explanation, although the main reason for rejecting or blocking membership would be for customers that are not within our business catchment area.

 

For the convenience of our members our website remains open for orders 24 hours and 7 days a week, all year round unless we are closed for important maintenance or upgrades, which we hold the right to limit access to users when we have to perform such activities.  

 

When we specify a business day – this refers to the days and hours that we are open and how we process your orders, specifically if you make an order outside of our business day opening times it will default to the very next business day to commence the order handling process.

 

 

Placing and Processing Orders

 

To qualify for our order delivery services your delivery address must firstly be within the business areas mentioned above.

 

In addition, your total order value, or combined order value must meet out minimum order requirements. You can make multiple order for example: if you forget something and you notify us; we will combine the order in our shop.  Providing the total value of your orders meets our minimum order value and the delivery address and time required is the same, we will process and consolidate your order.

 

Finally, you must have also placed an order and completed the online payment in full through website and confirmed acceptance of our terms and conditions in the checkout process.

 

Order Confirmation

 

Receipt of your order will be confirmed through our website which will issue a unique order reference number which you can refer to when communicating with us regarding your order.  All order reference numbers can be found in your profile section under – my orders section.  We will check all order delivery details prior to processing within our shop and reserve the right to cancel if your delivery address is outside our business area.

 

The following information is regarding our current delivery options that are available to you during checkout, we always reserve the right to change these services or to withdraw them entirely at our discretion and without prior notice.

 

Cancelling Orders

 

We will process your order at the earliest opportunity and within our order processing times mentioned above.  Once we have prepared your order for despatch on its designated delivery date and according to your selected Delivery option specified during checkout we will notify you that you order is ready for delivery, electronically by email, membership notification, online chat service or by telephone.  Once your order has reached this stage, we will be unable to cancel it and nor can we issue a refund at this stage of the process.

 

Available Delivery Services

 

Option 1: Standard Delivery (Free on orders over £5, under £5 delivery is £1)

 

For Standard Delivery our order handling and delivery timings are offered free of charge, however we reserve the right to fulfil your order and deliver to you between 1 to 3 business days from the date you order was placed., providing it is placed within our business opening days and times specified above.

 

Our primary aim is to fulfil your order as soon as we can, which means we aim to deliver next day when possible, but as we allocate orders for delivery on a first-come-first-served basis, especially during busy times orders that exceed our daily delivery allocation will be scheduled or moved to day 2 or even 3.

 

For clarity – orders placed through our website after 5pm during a business day – the service process commences on the next business day.  Orders placed on a Sunday regardless to time placed will be entered into our fulfilment process commencing from Monday.

 

Option 2: Standard Delivery Plus (£1.25 delivery charge, orders over £15.00 are free delivery)

 

For Standard Delivery (Plus) our order handling and delivery timings are offered with a delivery charge applied, and our handling and delivery times for this service are 1-2 business days from when the order was placed. The relevant delivery charge will be visible and applied to your order during the checkout process.

 

As with our Standard Service our primary aim is to fulfil your order as soon as we can, which means we aim to deliver next day when possible, but as we allocate orders for delivery on a first-come-first-served basis, especially during busy times orders that exceed our daily delivery allocation will be scheduled or moved to day 2.

 

For clarity – orders placed through our website after 5pm during a business day – the service process commences on the next business day.  Orders placed on a Sunday regardless to time placed will be entered into our fulfilment process commencing from Monday.

Option 3: Next Day Delivery Premium (£2.50 delivery charge, orders over £20.00 are free delivery)

 

For Next Day Delivery (Premium) our order handling and delivery timings are offered with a delivery charge applied, and our handling and delivery times for this service are 1 business day from when the order was placed.

 

For clarity – orders placed through our website after 5pm during a business day – the service process commences on the next business day.  Orders placed on a Sunday regardless to time placed will be entered into our fulfilment process commencing from Monday.

 

Click & Collect Service 

 

For orders over £5.00 we offer a click and collect service which is an available option found during the checkout process.  Using this service customer can place an order online, and collect it from our shop between 10 am and 2pm on normal opening days which are Monday to Saturday.  You can place your collection order anytime using our online shop, however please note the collection window (10am-2pm) and allow a minimum of 2 hours after you have ordered to allow us to prepare it for you.  We will notify you by email confirmation once your order is ready for collection.

 

 

Online Vouchers

 

From time to time we may offer or issue online vouchers to our customers to be used through our online shop. When we offer promotional promo codes to our customers, they are limited to the use of the customer they have been provided to and can only be utilised by processing an order through our online store.

 

All vouchers, coupons or promo codes offered to customer will be provided with a use by date and will expire automatically, customers should ensure they check the validity of their promo code prior to use and to avoid disappointment.

 

Promo codes not issued by an approved All Seasons staff member will not be valid or accepted at any time.

When do we collect your personal data?

When you visit any of our websites, and use your account to buy products and services, or redeem vouchers from the Partnership on the phone, in a shop or online.

When you make an online purchase and check out as a guest (in which case we just collect transaction-based data).

When you purchase a product or service in store or by phone but don’t have (or don’t use) an account.

What sort of personal data do we collect?

If you have a web account with us: your name, gender, date of birth, billing/delivery address, orders and receipts, email and telephone number. For your security, we’ll also keep an encrypted record of your login password

Details of your interactions with us through contact centres, in store, online or by using one of our apps.

For example, we collect notes from our conversations with you, details of any complaints or comments you make, details of purchases you made, items viewed or added to your basket, gift list and wish list choices, voucher redemptions, brands you show interest in, web pages you visit and how and when you contact us.

Copies of documents you provide to prove your age or identity where the law requires this. (including your passport and driver's licence). This will include details of your full name, address, date of birth and facial image. If you provide a passport, the data will also include your place of birth, gender and nationality.

Details of your shopping preferences.

For example, which products you prefer to purchase and where you redeem your vouchers.

Details of your visits to our websites or apps, and which site you came from to ours.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we’ll only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

At the end of that retention period, your data will either be deleted completely or anonymised, for example by aggregation with other data so that it can be used in a non-identifiable way for statistical analysis and business planning.

Orders
When you place an order, we’ll keep the personal data you give us for five years so we can comply with our legal and contractual obligations. In the case of certain products, , we’ll keep the data for 10 years.

Warranties
If your order included a warranty, the associated personal data will be kept until the end of the warranty period.
